Shipping Cases

Increased Interest in Hanging Signs

Hanging signs offer an excellent way for a growing company to move into island exhibits and still keep a high-end, impressive image without spending a ton of money.  We have seen a huge increased interest for hanging signs and we contribute much of that interest to the great return on investment that they offer.   Basically for a relatively small amount of money, trade show attendees can see your logo and branding from all around the exhibit floor.  I know this is obvious but think about the impact of burning your logo and brand imaging in the mind of a potential customer and since the logo is so large and hovering high above the exhibit floor the impression is that much greater.

Many companies who are new to the larger exhibits and are used to setting up smaller displays can feel a bit overwhelmed about utilizing a hanging sign but it is easier then you may think.  Here are a couple of good points about MODdisplays hanging signs:  Our prices are very competitive for a turnkey sign that is ready for use when it arrives at your show.   Set up for these signs is 15 to 35 minutes depending size.  Production is 3 to 5 days on most signs.  Increased interest has resulted in show organizers better addressing the need by using simple order forms in your exhibitor handbook to have them set up the sign, often before you even arrive.  Also, we offer numerous shapes, sizes and accessories, like internal lighting or rotation harnesses so you are sure to be able to find the sign that compliments your new or exhisting display.

Lower Prices on Lighting

For the money, lighting could be your most valuable trade show display accessory.  This is because lights are inexpensive but are a great addition that can draw attention to an otherwise unnoticed booth.  Probably their best use is to highlight products or really help large graphics pop.   Many of our displays already include lights, like our Exhibit One or the XRline with built in recessed lights; even our affordable new Standard Popups come standard with lights.

Exhibit One Workstations

Exhibit One is by far our most flexible and user-friendly exhibit system. Exhibit One Workstations are large kiosks designed to hold plasma screen monitors. The Rush Charge is Not Happening

Rush charges are a huge annoyance.  MODdisplays understands that the trade show industry is fast paced and deadline orientated so we try to recognize that as the norm and not charge rush charges.  While you may need to have your display or product expedited in, you won’t have to pay a premium on top of that.   MODdisplays simply does NOT have rush charges.  We simply pass shipping charges along to you and do not mark them up; so if you need your display or graphic quick, simply choose the expedited shipping option.

Even our turnaround times are flexible.  Many of our displays can ship within 24 hours even if the turnaround is typically 3 to 5 days.  We want to work with you, so if you are in desperate need of a display for whatever reason, call us up and we can almost always accommodate.  Many of our displays like the Xpressions or VBurst are easy to turn around quickly along with many of our other displays.  

Most of our hardware and fabric displays like the Standard Popup are stocked and ready to ship.  So if you simply needs lights for your display or a table top pop up that is Velcro receptive those items ship the very same day they are ordered.

Calculating Shipping

We are often asked by potential clients for the estimated shipping cost for the product or display they are looking to purchase.    This is a valid question as no one wants to be hit with some surprisingly large shipping bill.  When we are asked to calculate shipping we simply go to our website and add the product to our cart then calculate the cost of shipping right there in the cart by putting in the client’s providence or state along with their postal or zip codes in the respective fields.  The rates and options that appear in the pull down are taken live from UPS.   Our store simply takes the information from the back end of our store, information like weights and box sizes, plugs them into the UPS database and then shows them to our clients right there on the cart page.
