Interlocking Tile Trade Show Flooring

Interlocking tile trade show flooring has many advantages over traditional roll flooring. In the past, exhibitors would buy flooring in one large piece (10′ x 10′), and roll the flooring up to store it in a case. There are many problems with this type of flooring, and interlocking soft carpet flooring is a much better solution.

The most obvious advantage is the savings in shipping. Interlocking carpet tiles break down into much smaller cases, which allows you to save money when shipping your carpet via UPS or FedEx. Roll flooring must be shipped in large cases such as the SmartPak, which can cost hundreds of dollars to ship across the country.

When your roll flooring arrives at the trade show, it will always retain at least some memory from being rolled up in shipping. This means that the corners of your booth will always curl up slightly, which is a very unattractive feature that can be easily avoided with puzzle flooring. Puzzle flooring ships flat, which makes curling a thing of the past.

If you damage a part of your roll flooring, you must replace the entire 10′ x 10′ section, which will cost you a small fortune. If you damage a part of your puzzle flooring, you only need to replace the damaged piece, which is much cheaper. Although interlocking soft flooring is relatively durable, the trade show environment will almost always produce damaged items, and it is important to know the replacement cost before you make an investment.

Popup Display with Arc

This setup features a pair of XRline columns connected by an arc made from curved aluminum. In addition to the aesthetic appeal of this configuration, the XRline columns provide a number of customization options that were not available before. Locking Kiosk

Kiosk ImageWe have recently added a great locking kiosk option, the K3.NLC1.   We are really excited about this option because the base of the kiosk is basically the NLC1 counter which has been very well received by many of our top clients.  The NLC1 and this new kiosk are simple to set up and don’t require any tools at all.  The kiosk is a great stand alone solution or a great addition to an Exhibit One or XRline displays.

The counter features two internal shelves with a hinged locking door.  We offer five different laminate color choices for the base of the counter, the top of the counter and even the canopy.  The canopy also offers recessed down lighting to add an even greater impact to your exhibit.

Some of the popular accessories to this and all of our kiosks are graphic wings, monitor mounts, and literature holders.  Also, don’t forget to protect your investment with a shipping case with padding.

Kiosk have quickly become one of the hottest exhibit components because the need to incorporate monitors and demo stations in your booth are more important then ever.   And along with that need is the need to securely store your computer that is driving your monitor or other valuable items.   While security varies greatly from show to show we have come across exhibitors who have had everything from a small personal items to an entire exhibits stolen from them.

Thanks to the slim aluminum foot of the XRline displays, the kiosk is able to nest beneath our Standard line of popup displays for a clean fit. The ability to add XRline kiosks to our line of popup displays allows you to use literature shelves, monitor mounts, counters, and product shelves with your popup display (these options were previously unavailable at MODdisplays).

The versatility of this new system is unmatched for the price (the system pictured above retails for $3,237, which means it costs less to buy our popup system with a kiosk than to buy a full graphic popup alone from most trade show display companies). MODdisplays is able to sell high quality products for much less than the competition because we do not believe in making outrageous margins on graphic production (some companies will charge over $500 for a graphic panel that costs less than $50 to produce). Those margins are built in to cover the cost of mistakes, but we believe that we should pay for our own mistakes (not our clients).

Exhibit One reception counters are made from stylish, lightweight, and durable aluminum extrusions. Unlike typical trade show counters, the reception desks we offer have two surfaces, which allows you to more effectively collect information from potential clients at your trade show.

The Benefit of Going with Puzzle Tile Flooring
