Once visitors have been attracted to your trade show booth, the next step is to confirm the lead or close the deal. Depending on the cost of your products or services, it could take time to convince the visitor that you offer the right product for their company. This is when trade show furniture becomes a valuable tool, because you can make the visitor or attendee comfortable while you discuss your products and services with them.
There are many different kinds of trade show furniture that work well in exhibit spaces. For larger trade show booths, many exhibitors choose to use sofas, coffee tables, and chairs. This is a very high-end look, but shipping will cost you hundreds of dollars and real furniture can be very expensive. Trade show furniture is usually designed to give a professional feel, but it must be extremely portable and durable, which sets it apart from regular furniture for your home.
Many exhibitors choose to use bar stools and bar tables because it allows you to sit higher and straighter (couches or recliners may cause you to relax more, which would prevent you from being alert and making good decisions).
